IP55 splash water resistant
The 19SW microphone has been designed to be IP55 splash water resistant.
The microphone is therefore suitable for use in measurement campaigns in wet and damp weather conditions.
An IP55 water-repellent seal on the membrane at the sound inlet prevents potential damage to the electret capsule caused by water.
The IEPE microphone is suitable for use in standard industrial environments and for all noise measurements with a sound pressure level of up to 130 dB.
Calibration is possible with a commercially available microphone calibrator and a 1/2″ to 1/4″ adapter.
The MI19 microphones are equipped with a BNC socket so that standard BNC cables can be used.
A TNC plug version is also available on request.

Weatherproof IEPE Microphone
MR10 is a weatherproof microphone unit consisting of a 1/4″ IEPE measurement microphone MI19SW and the rain protection unit for outdoor use.
It is suitable for continuous use on rainy days or in an environment with very high or very low temperatures.
MR10 uses a WS3F and IEC 61672 Class 1 MI19 microphone, which is characterized by its stability.
It is a favorable choice for long-term outdoor use, e.g. for noise monitoring.
