IEPE Sensor Supply - IEPE Power Supply - IEPE Sensor Amplifier

IEPE compatible transducers. It has two channels input/output with BNC connector, and wide voltage power supply supports the use of various DC power supplies.

ICCP is a well-established standard which is widely used in the acoustic and vibration field to convert the high impedance signal of measurement microphones and piezoelectric transducers to a low impedance voltage output signal.

The abbreviation ICCP stands for “Integrated Constant Current Power” and has many manufacturer specific names such as ICP® (Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric), CCLD, DeltaTron®, ISOTRON® and IEPE (Integrate Electronics Piezoelectric)

8201T

ICP Sensor Supply

1 Channel IEPE Sensor Supply

8201T is a portable single channel IEPE sensor signal conditioner.

It provides a 24 V / 4 mA power supply for sensors with integrated amplifiers.

The frequency response goes from 0.3 Hz to 300 kHz, so this is perfectly adequate for most IEPE sensors.

8201T is equipped with a high-quality, sturdy aluminum housing.

The included transformer plug-in power supply with true galvanic isolation avoids common-mode problems caused by ground loops.

  • 1-channel IEPE supply
  • 24V/4mA
  • Output voltage max.: 10 VoltRMS
  • Frequency response: 0.3 Hz to  300 kHz (-0.5 dB)

8201

IEPE Power Supply
  • 1-channel IEPE supply
  • 24V/4mA
  • 0, +20 dB
  • Output voltage max.: 5 Volt eff
  • Frequency response: 0.3 Hz to 300 kHz (-0.5 dB)

Portable IEPE Sensor Amplifier

8201 is a portable single channel IEPE sensor signal conditioner.

It provides a 24 V / 4 mA power supply for sensors with integrated amplifiers.

Two selectable gains 0dB and + 20dB are available.

Signal conditioning indicators minimize the risk of operator error.

The integrated rechargeable 9 volt battery is designed for a long operating time of more than 1.5 hours.

Recharging can be done during operation.

The frequency response goes from 0.3 Hz to 300 kHz, so this is perfectly adequate for most IEPE sensors.

The 8201 is equipped with a high-quality, sturdy aluminum housing.

MC102A

Provides power for microphones, accelerometers and other ICCP transducers

  • 2 channel input/output with BNC connector
  • LED indicators show the status of each input channel
  • 4 mA/24 V ICCP power supply
  • 7 V~30 V wide voltage DC power supply
  • Frequency Response 0.4 Hz ~ 200 kHz (±3 dB)
ICCP Power Supply

2 Channel IEPE Power Supply

MC102A power supply can provide power for prepolarized microphones, accelerometers and other ICCP compatible transducers.

The abbreviation ICCP stands for “Integrated Constant Current Power” and has many manufacturer specific names such as ICP® (Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric), CCLD, DeltaTron®, ISOTRON® and IEPE (Integrate Electronics Piezoelectric).

MC102A is compatible with microphones or transducers using any of the above proprietary names.

MC102A has an all-aluminum housing, which can effectively shield the internal signal.

The LED indicators display the power supply status and the input status of each channel (input open (sensor not connected), OK (sensor connected), and input shorted).

Each channel has a 35Vp input and output protection circuit, which can protect sensors and data acquisition equipment.

AV14S

IEPE Amplifier with Headphone Output

IEPE Amplifier with Headphone Output

The 1-channel IEPE amplifier AV14S is a small accumulator-driven instrument, which has been constructed mainly to monitor acoustic or vibration signals. It has 1 measuring channel for an IEPE microphone or IEPE accelerometer. A headphone output is built in for monitoring purposes. The loudness of the headphone can be adjusted by the potentiometer on the right side of the instrument.

At the output socket you get a voltage proportional to the acceleration or sound pressure independent of the amplification of the headphone amplifier. So the instrument can be used as a front end for analyzers or similar instruments.

USES

  • Acoustic and Vibration Measurements
  • Source Location
  • Machine Diagnostics

FEATURES

  • IEPE Sensor input
  • Adjustable Headphones output
  • Preamplifier Function (additional output)

Multi Channel DAQ Systems for Noise, Vibration and Machine Diagnostics
