In this video presentation, we present our ultrasonic end of line test system.
The device consists of an ultrasonic microphone and a USB audio card that can detect sound waves with a frequency of up to 95 kHz.
The NoiseQS software is designed to reliably detect gas leaks with just a few training steps.
For an end-of-line test, normal sound events can also be used with a measuring microphone or structure-borne sound from an acceleration sensor.

With the MP48-C5-B713W adapter cable, IEPE-powered accelerometers can be connected to cost-effective and powerful USB devices.
We offer scalable measurement data acquisition from one to 32 channels, which can be used flexibly as required.
The MP48-based IEPE-XLR adapter cable is supplied with a standard length of five meters.
Other lengths are available on request.
