Main functions

  • Live measurement
    Direct sensor connection to RogaDAQ2 (2 channels). IEPE acceleration sensor on channel 1 and channel 2 RPM signal.
  • Real-time monitoring Time history, frequency spectrum (FFT/PSD) and characteristic values such as RMS, peak, crest factor, order analysis.
  • ISO 10816-1 based detection levels for deviations from normal conditions.
  • Traffic light system: green (OK), yellow (warning), red (anomaly).
  • Data export
    The results can be exported as a TXT or CSV file for documentation, further processing, or integration into existing systems.
